Friday Updates

Had some more hiccups with inspections-some were
called by the PM in the wrong order and still have
the railing that needs to be reinspected by the city.
But today is move in day for our apartment is
rented by someone else come Monday. Have some

friends coming over today to help either load the

Uhaul or moving in their own cars. Thanks everyone for the help!!!

We had to blow mulch on any soil that

was disturbed by our house construction.

Bridge will be finished today and painted.

Ran out of lumber yesterday. Railings are clad and

color will be same as trim on house

Thursday updates

So tomorrow was suppose to be our 2nd change at
the final occupancy walk through. Yet again there were issues.
This time a structural engineer has to look at calcs on
bridge railing for we changed design to use wood
instead of metal. Of course the guy was
have used is out of town, so we are in
scramble mode. New tentative date
is Tuesday. We have 3
inspections tomorrow for stormwater items.

We are moving our stuff in Saturday for our

apartment is rented as of Monday morning

We planted some Natives in the side planters

in hopes of passing the inspection on Friday.

Tuesday update

We passed our electrical inspection today,
plumbing inspection found items that should
be resolved tomorrow and still tracking for Final
Temp Occupancy Inspection on Friday. Tomorrow
planters will be refilled with new soil,
Scott/Grandpa working on kitchen floors,
Asmir/Jose working on trim and bridge.
We can't get final Permit till we plant all
the mitigation trees. More to come on that.

Driveway poured this morning. Last week it was too hot to work on this

Kitchen Sink/Cutting board and

soon Instanta Hot Water tap will be installed :)
