Thursday progress

Guess one of our inspections didn't go well today,

there was piping issues with one of the planters.

Will be working on that issue and

then calling for reinspection of the planter pipes

and then the planters. Still can't install planter plants till all

planters are completely inspected.

The other issue from today is that one of the subs hit a

wire in the Master Bedroom when they

were installing trim. This will be a action

item for tomorrow.

Each day brings some new, exciting issue. Counter tops instlaled in Guest room on built ins


Frosted and non frosted glass installed on roof deck. Other glass
purchased but not yet installed on bridge. Bridge clad work still

needs to be worked on but first floors need to be installed

Rugs on stairs covered but carpeted. Too many people
walking around the house/saw dust
and whatever else makes covering them a necessity.





Everything covered for more painting in Kitchen

Prep for kitchen work - covered everything up so

that they can paint a little more

More Wednesday progress

Light shaft light installed

Carpet on stairs installed today but only

on treads, not risers- that will be bamboo

Cistern installed

Dishwasher installed

Temporary sink installed- our sink is still on

back order for a couple more months

Wednesday progress.....

Still trying to hit Friday as our big date
but ran into some major issues yesterday.
No concrete or exterior painting could occur
if it was over 95 degrees. They were worried about
paint bubbling and concrete cracking. So trying to make progress
any place else though. We have to be out of our apt.
by August 8th by the latest. Mad chaos.

Installing counter tops on entire buffet/sink area

as well as cook top section

Prep work for Driveway - getting ready to pour concrete

Added additional rocks close to house on left side to

put a buffer between cars driving

down driveway and the house.

Also widened driveway as well - too narrow before.

Tuesday Mid day

Mad chaos at the house right now to hit Friday's date.

Ran into snafu today with weather being over hundred.

Shouldn't pour cement or do exterior paint when its this hot.

Mother Nature is playing against us with our count down.

but have to wait on pouring concrete

weather permits will be covered today by Asmir.

Bamboo floors laid in Nursery- still need quarter round

but it looks great thus far. Color is perfect

Monday Morning

Tar applied to planters and thanks

to Tim/John and Cesar we

now have stoops outside our

dining room doors

Guest Bedroom tile detail on

shelf behind where bed will go

Put hay in the planters on

the roof with Pro Grow soil-

native plants will be planted

tomorrow or Wednesday.

Trim is repainted and no longer yellow-
back to basic off white.

July 25th

Dining Room tiled and needs some more grout

Car is fully loaded after hitting Bosky
Dell Native Plant Nursery. The planters
can only have Native Plants added
to it and specific Pro Gro soil. Hoping
to get planters inspected Tuesday.
