We got our final occupancy permit! Finally...

Scott and his dad planted 37 trees, 36 shrubs

and 220 groundcover plants. Here's Scott

doing his daily water of these. Since we

took down trees to build the house we

had to replace the trees with new plants.

Rooftop plants have some ornamental grass and

piggy back plants in them. City had

us put in native plants of course. :)

morning roof top cups of java!

Its been two weeks...

So we got the temporary occupancy permit.
I have been on bed rest over three weeks
now and baby is due this Friday.
So lots of things going on.
We are not fully moved in but making the best of it all.

is the tile for the light shaft but everything else looks great
